The purpose of this Amendment is to provide Clause Package Amendment One which revises the Statement of Work (SOW) on Page 11 by removing the requirement of the parking facility needing to have a fully operational elevator and to extend the original due date for submissions to the below due dates:

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Housing of Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General (HUD-OIG) is soliciting a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) proposal for the procurement of six (6) official parking spaces for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) within a two-block radius from 26 Federal Plaza, New York, New York in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) on Page 11 of the clause package. This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 812930.
The Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to include one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods as follows:
Base Year: August 01, 2020 through July 31, 2021
Option Year 1: August 01, 2021 through July 31, 2022
Option Year 2: August 01, 2022 through July 31, 2023
Option Year 3: August 01, 2023 through July 31, 2024
Option Year 4: August 01, 2024 through July 31, 2025
