In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), this is a notice of a proposed contract action by Naval Medical Center San Diego to award a sole source contract to Sirona Dental Systems LLC, 4835 Sirona Dr. STE 100, Charlotte, NC 28273-3277 for an annual preventive maintenance contract for the government owned CEREC Dental Restorative Systems. NAICS 811219 applies; the small business size standard is $20.5 million. The contractor shall provide all maintenance at Naval Medical Center 34800 Bob Wilson Dr., San Diego, CA 92134-5000. The anticipated contract duration is for a period of one year. The anticipated award date is on or about 19 January 2016. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.
