The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-12-G-0006 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on a sole-source basis to obtain sustaining engineering support of Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC) Block 7 and Block 8 software, as well as integration of the full suite of SIRFC components into CV-22 Tilt-Rotor aircraft. The base period of performance is 01 September 2013 to 31 August 2014 with two one-year options for additional support through 31 August 2016. Bell-Boeing is the only known source that possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise required to perform this effort.
