The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-07-G-0008 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole-source basis to obtain sustaining engineering support of SIRFC Blk 7 and Blk 8 software, as well as LRU-2B, LRU-1 and SRU component integration into CV-22 Tilt-Rotor aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the  requisite knowledge and expertise required to perform this effort.  The estimated period of performance is 1 October 2010 through 31 August 2013.  For possible subcontracting opportunities, please contact Mike Snell at [email protected] or (806) 341-3803.
