The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) connectivity contract to BAE Systems Electronic Systems, Greenlawn, New York. The contract will establish a Cybersecurity Implementation plan and SIPRNet Connectivity on site at the Contractor's facility. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.301-2, "Only One Responsible Source."
