This is a Notice of Intent that the 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, contract under statutory authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Circumstances Permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. The government intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to Hyland Software, Inc., 28500 Clemens Rd, Westlake, OH 44145-1145, to provide software maintenance services for Singularity Software IAW the attached Statement of Work for a base period from 1 Jul 2013 - 30 Sep 2013 and one option year from 1 Oct 2013 - 30 Sep 2014.
