THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE THE OPTION UNDER FAR 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES.  This action will result in a modification to the Contract 80KSC019P0055 with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., 7201 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown, PA 18195-9642. This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will potentially extend the period of performance to March 30, 2022.  The total value of the proposed six-month extension is $164,670.00.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  This notice is required because the option to extend services was not synopsized in the original award notice to this contract.
