The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source contract to Pyramid Systems, Inc of Fairfax, Virginia. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
