The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Sinclair Bio-Resources LLC (cage code 5K6W9), 562 State Road DD, Auxvasse, MO 65231, for the purchase of 3 to 4 month old, 10-15 kilogram Sinclair swine. The Sinclair swine is produced and oiffer only by Sinclair Bio-Resources LLC, who is the sole distributor of this particular breed of swine used by the Air Force Agency.

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Sinclair Bio-Resources LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability of responding to this requirement of Sinclair swine, or interested parties may submit quotes/offers for Sinclair swine.  This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes/offers for the Sinclair swine received by the closing date and time of this Notice of Intent will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
