REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/ SOURCES SOUGHT

The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are capable of providing all items/services listed below.  All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.

INTERESTED VENDORS/CONTRACTORS, PLEASE FILL IN THE READ THE BELOW AND PROVIDE REQUESTED INFORMATION:

1.  Can your company provide and deliver SINCLAIR PIGS, 3-4 MONTH OLD EACH, and 10-15kg?  NOTE:  SINCLAIR PIG must meet the noted age and weight.

2.  If able to provide and deliver the above noted pig, is your company a small business? ______________(Yes/ No)

3. If Small Business, please identify company's socio-economic concern(s): ______________________ (HUBZone, service-disable veteran-owned small bus., women-owned small bus., etc...)

4. Is the pricing offered GSA or Open Market?_____________________

5. This request for information (RFI) is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award.

6. All questions and responses to this sources sought/ market research must be submitted in wiriting to [email protected] not later than closing date and time of this sources sought (RFI). Responses shall be submitted in MS Word or Adobe PDF format.

7. Respondent will not be notified of the results of the information. However, the Contracting Officer will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning. All proprietary information not to be disseminated in Government documents must be clearly identified. Since this is a sources sought announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the participants. This market survey is issued to determine the applicable planning and acquisition strategy based on responses indicating capability in responding to this requirement.
