SUNY Polytechnic Institute is seeking proposals from responsible and responsive vendors to provide Simulated Digital Clinical Scenario Software, equal to or exceeding the attached specifications, in an educational setting. All proposals must be received by the date and time indicated at the SUNY Polytechnic Institute Procurement Office. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority- and women-owned business enterprise participation. All vendors are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law § 139j & k, also known as the Lobbying Law.
