Request for a quote to finance the construction of the Silverton Civic Building, which will be the new location for the Police Department and other City of Silverton offices. The new Civic Building will be 26,217 SF and located at 410 N Water St on a 2.7-acre site, which is owned by the City of Silverton. The repayment of the loan/bond will be from several funds with majority of the debt paid from the General Fund. The request is for a maximum of $12,000,000 to be paid over 25 or 30 years, with semi-annual or an annual payment. The City is requesting a quote for both $12,000,000 and $10,000,000 for both a 25-year and 30- year term. Response must include all requirements of the lender and all costs associated with the financing for the Civic Building.
