CITY OF SILVERTON SILVERTON CIVIC CENTER Bids due and Bid Closing Date and Time: February 23, 2022 at 2:00PM First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than February 23, 2022 at 4:00PM INVITATION TO BID (ITB) - PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT The City of Silverton seeks sealed bids from qualified firms able to construct a new Civic Center and Police Station, referred to as the "Project". The Project is to be built upon an approximately 2.7 acre site at 410 N Water Street in Silverton, Oregon. The building is designed by Mackenzie and is approxi mately 26,217 SF spaced out between 2 levels. Some on-site and off-site work are to be completed during the construction phase. A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting conference will be held on January 11, 2022 at 2:00PM. Specific information on how to attend the virtual pre-bid conference is contained in the ITB docu ments. Electronic bids will be received at the date and time above by Willamette Print & Blueprint Company's Digital Planroom via file transfer protocol. Specific informa tion on how to submit bids is contained in the ITB documents. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. A virtual public bid opening will be held at 2PM on February 23, 2022 at 2:00PM. First-tier subcontractor disclosures will be due no later than February 23, 2022 at 4:00PM and must be submitted electronically in the same manner as the bids, as described in the ITB documents.
