CITY OF SILVERTONSILVERTON 2023 CIPP PROJECT BIDS DUE ON TUESDAY, JULY 11, 2023, 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME INVITATION TO BIDThe City of Silverton is seeking bids to complete a CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe) project on selected sanitary sewer lines in Silverton, OR 97381. The project consists of lining approximately 1,256 feet of 12" main, 2,732 feet of 8" mains, and 136 feet of an 8" siphon main located under Silver Creek. The project also includes reinstating service to laterals using the lined mains and point repairs if needed. Contractor will coordinate with City staff on construction timing to minimize disruptions to services and traffic. Documents available will be available from June 12 through July 11, 2023 at silverton.or.us/rfps or obtained in person from Silverton City Hall, 306 S. Water St., Silverton, OR by contacting Bart Stepp at 503-874-2209 or [email protected]. Firms must be added to the planholder list to obtain documents. Sealed bids shall be delivered by mail (prior to bid closing date and time) or hand carried to Silverton City Hall. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
