The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Tektronix Inc. MS 50-290, PO Box 500, Beaverton OR 97077 to provide one (1) SignalVu Essentials Floating License and one (1) SignalVu General Purpose Modulation Floating License. Tektronix Inc. is the only known source that can provide the software required. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received within seven (7) days after the publication of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 334515.
