1. Will this be a build-to-print program? Yes, The Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS) Project Office will procure the 216 Signal Data Processor (SDP) Kits on a Production Contract. The development of the SDP Kits is currently on contract with Raytheon Command and Control Systems (RCCS). The USG does not own the Technical Data Package for the SDP Kits, therefore, CMDS will not pursue a competitive contract for the Production Effort. Companies interested in producing the SDP Kits would be required to coordinate integration and software efforts with RCCS.

2. Is the U.S. Army seeking sources that are able to develop the SDP Kit and produce 199 units? No, development of the SDP Kit is on contract with RCCS.

3. When is the anticipated award for this? The anticipated sole source award for the production is FY18.

4. How is industry to "modify all necessary documents and drawings" when the Government states "No drawings will be provided"? The drawings will not be provided as the UGS does not own them.
