The Douglas County School District, with this document, hereby requests bid responses from qualified firms to furnish, deliver and install various signage at Beulah Elementary School (BEES), Chapel Hill High School (CHHS), and Mt. Carmel Elementary School (MCES). Bid is to include all labor, materials and equipment needed to provide and install all signage in accordance with the plans and specifications as outlined in this bid package 22-008 entitled Signage for Beulah Elementary School, Chapel Hill High School, and Mt. Carmel Elementary School. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference, Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. starting at Beulah Elementary School, 1150 South Burnt Hickory Road, Douglasville, GA 30134, and then moving to Mt. Carmel Elementary School, and finally at Chapel Hill High School.
