The project consists of furnishing and installing a prefabricated concrete restroom at Sierra Meadows Park, also included is the construction of water, sewer, and electrical connections, class II aggregate building pad, irrigation, and concrete sidewalk adjacent to the restroom. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Sierra Meadows Park Restroom"
