Solicitation N00421-11-T-0251 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with PAYDARFAR/SARATECH INC, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR 6.302-3. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 06 JUN 2011 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
