This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for Siemens Industry for facilities services at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP). Siemens Apogee system is proprietary and only Siemens trained technicians can provide detailed program changes and support to the direct digital controls (DDCs) on HVAC systems on MCAAP. Any purchase order will be awarded under ‘other than full and open competition’ as authorized in FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers.  A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be consider solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
