This is an RFI as defined in FAR 15.201(e) to ascertain whether a commercial items exists that are equivalent to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics supplies to include Siemens Healthcare ADVIA® 120 reagents, consumables, controls, calibrators, and parts will be used to perform five parts Complete Blood Counts (CBC) and Siemens Healthcare Sysmex® CA-1500 reagents, consumables, controls, calibrators, and parts will be used to perform Coagulation studies, i.e., Prothrombin Time (PT), Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Fibrinogen (FBG), D-Dimer (DDi), Activated Protein C (APC), Protein C (ProC), Thrombin Time (TT) and Antithrombin III (AT3).  Please see the attached RFI documents.
