Sealed bids for the work comprising of each improvement as stated below must be filed before 6:00 p.m., on Monday, January 09, 2023, in the office of City Hall, Sidney, Iowa. Bids received after the deadline for submission of bids as stated herein shall not be considered and shall be returned to the late bidder unopened. The sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated immediately after conclusion of the public hearing. Project includes full reconstruction of the existing asphalt surfacing with removals of the existing surfacing, installation of new full depth asphalt pavement, curb and gutter replacements, concrete and asphalt patch repairs and other miscellaneous improvements. Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $60.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check. CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
