The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include Construct curb adjacent American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant sidewalk along DLR Drive as shown on the plans. The new sidewalk will tie into the existing sidewalk on the northwest corner of DLR Drive and Ynez Road. Scope of work also includes construction of one (1) ADA compliant driveway. Landscape and tree removal is also included in the scope of work along with modification and/or relocation of conflicting portions of existing irrigation system. Sidewalk and associated drainage ditch to comply with water quality requirements. All concrete work and 3 drainage culverts shall be constructed per plan.
