The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for the Installation of approximately 802 feet of sidewalk to include ADA compliant crosswalk ramp on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd from Linwood Dr. to Wellborn Rd. Roundabout. Portions of installed sidewalks do exist. A Mandatory On-site Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. local time located at the MLK, Jr. / Wellborn Rd. Roundabout , Warner Robins, GA 31088. Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY to submit a bid. The City of Warner Robins will not consider a bid unless a representative of the company attends and signs-in at this meeting. Prospective bidders requiring general information, minor clarification, or interpretation of the bid documents may direct their questions through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bids with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Upon submission, any and all bid and supportive/accompanying materials become the property of the City of Warner Robins and are subject to disclosure as required under applicable Federal Freedom of Information and State Open Records Acts. The City shall not be held liable for the reimbursement or payment of any cost(s) incurred by prospective bidders in the preparation or provision of responses to this bid or any other solicitation issued by the City of Warner Robins, GA. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be the most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, all factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest.
