The project involves construction and reconstruction of concrete curb ramps, curb, gutters, valley gutters, driveways, and sidewalk near the intersections of Rialto Avenue and Villa Avenue. The work shall include, but not be limited to, clearing, grubbing, saw cutting, compacting, installation of concrete curb ramps, sidewalks, valley gutters, curb, gutter, driveways, asphalt concrete plug, adjusting existing utilities to finish grade, adjusting landscaping, adjusting irrigation, signage, traffic control, and all other details described in the contract documents herein. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m, Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Sidewalk Improvements - W. Rialto Avenue and Villa Avenue".
