Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, 14503 Grover Street, Suite 102 OMAHA, NE 68144 until 2:00 P.M. on April 11, 2024, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project designated as INDIAN CREEK PRESERVE SANITARY SEWER – PHASE I for Sanitary and Improvement District 404, Douglas County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications now on file at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated. The estimated quantities involved in the work can be seen on the notice to contractors located in the "View Plans" portion of this page.
