The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: construction of water system including all associated fittings, hydrants and miscellaneous material. The amount of the engineer's estimate of the cost of said improvements (exclusive of engineering, fiscal, legal, interest, easement acquisition, and miscellaneous costs) is $1,050,040.00.
