Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING,LLC, 3803 North 153rd Street, Suite 203, Omaha, NE 68116 until 2:00 P.M. on the 11th day of March, 2021, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project designated as PCSMP BASIN MAINTENANCE for Sanitary and Improvement District 320, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications now on file at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated. Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued. CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
