INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for the construction of SID 1417 – Elysian Road will be received by the Billings City Clerk, P.O. Box 1178, Billings, MT 59103, or [email protected] until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The bid opening will be via Facebook Live on the City’s Facebook page: Billings MT City Government. No hand delivered bids will be accepted. The project consists of the installation of water and storm drain system improvements and reconstruction of the roadway to widen and implement a roundabout at the Annafeld Parkway intersection. The project will also install street lighting along Elysian Road and the subdivision streets for Annafeld Subdivision, Third Filing and Annafeld North Subdivision, First Filing.
