Amended the Aquisition type from emerging small business to small business set-aside

Vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, buses, drivers, supervision, and other items and services necessary to transport airshow spectators using 44-53 passenger buses for the route specified below IAW the statement of work on 30 & 31 July 2016 for Offutt AFB 2016 Air show/Open House.
