SYNOPSIS FOR PR#15-20-1206:

Procurement is for the purchase of replacement jaws for a shrink/stretch machine in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-20-1206 dated June 18, 2015. The contractor shall provide shrink/stretch jaws, and Shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract.  Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
