Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB), Contracting Office, Bremerton, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to DePuy Synthes Sales Inc. in the amount of $20,000.00 to purchase various total shoulder surgical implant products that will be used in a patient specific surgery located in the Main Operating Room at NHB. During the surgery, the surgeon shall make the determination on which products will best meet the individual patients' medical needs/requirements. All products must be FDA Approved. A DePuy Synthes sales/surgical rep is also required to assist in this procedure case.

There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339112 with a small business size standard of 750.
This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
