The Voice of America's South Asia Division, Urdu Service has a requirement for (2) Talent Shooter, Videographer, Editor and TV Line Producer. Ordering Mechanism will be a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement, (Not to Exceed $150,000.00 per year for one year). Contractor shall perform non-personal talent services in Washington D.C. (See SOW for more Details)

This Position will be paid on an Hourly Rate with variable hours and days (up to 8hrs a day, 5days a week), Sunday through Saturday's and some Holidays. (See SOW for more details). Period of Performance: 01/26/2015 - 01/25/2016
This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals for interested Independent Contractors. The contractors most be register in www.SAM.gov system in order to work for the Federal Government.

Contractors must submit their price proposal, capability statement/resume w/three references.
