The Cit E Bid System will be performing a major upgrade and will require significant downtime to perform data migration and testing. Upgrade will start at 9:00 PM Central on October 23rd and anticipate the outage to last a maximum of 36 hours. Due to this unforeseen upgrade please complete and submit your bids before October 23rd , 2020 or after October 26, 2020. The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors
