Solicitation SP0600-13-R-0230 is for the procurement of Distillates for ships’ bunkers at various ports in AFRICOM. Distillates are Marine Gas Oil, NSN: 9140-01-417-6843. The total estimated quantity is 64,879 Metric Tons (MT) of Marine Gas Oil. Fuel is to be delivered as ships’ bunkers into U. S. vessels for DoD and Federal Civilian agencies by barge, truck, or pipeline. Ordering period is April 1, 2014 through September 30, 2018. Delivery period is April 1, 2014 through October 30, 2018.
