This requirement is for: 

CLIN 0001:  Loading, Shipping, Uncrating and Reinstallation of One (1) 3060-UMS

Specs:  Loading and shipping to Pacific Power Source from Site C-6, Pacific Power Source Evaluation Fee, Pacific Power Sources repair, shipping from Pacific Power Source to Site C-6, Uncrating and Installation of 3060-UMS and Commissioning of repaired unit by factory technician.

These items must be delivered to: Eglin AFB, FL 32542 no later than 15 February 2017 on an FOB Destination basis.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 484110, small business size standard: $27.5M. 

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government.  All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services.
