This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). Written quotes are being requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a solicitation from the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD), 601 East 12th Street, Room 1734, Kansas City, MO 64106. The intended acquisition is for shipping boxes for the National Logistics Support Center.
The requirements for the items are as follows:

All items under this contract shall be FOB Destination and the place of acceptance is U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA/National Logistics Support Center located at 14200 Merritt Road., Grandview, MO 64030
This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business, the associated NAICS code is 322211 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.

This acquisition is being processed under the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is hereby issued as RFQ # NWWG3402-17-00907. PRICE/QUOTE:
The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter offering the lowest evaluated quotation price that meets or exceeds the acceptability standards of the non-cost factors.
Quotes submitted in response to this notice shall include the following factors on a pass/fail basis in order to be considered responsive to this request:
1. Provide your DUNS number, company name, address, point of contact, email address and telephone number.
2. Completed price schedule for the requested item to include all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination). This is a firm-fixed price request.
3. Delivery Schedule. Provide a proposed delivery date for the items listed above.
4. Offeror Representations and Certifications (complete FAR 52.212-3) or certify completion in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM).
5. Your response to CAR 1352.209-74(c), Organizational Conflict of Interest

A successful quotation will contain the quotation and items 0001-0012 listed above for quotation evaluation.
ERAD requires that all contractors to be eligible for award, the quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database and complete the "Core Data", "Assertions", "Representations and Certifications", and "Points of Contact". No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM.
