Critical Application applies to clins 0001, 0002, 0003, 0006, 0009, 0010, 0014,0015 & 0016.
Customer Direct - Continental United States applies to clins 0008, 0011, & 0012.All other cllins are DLA Direct - Continental United States.
Surge & Sustainment applies to clin 0003 only for a Monthly Wartime Rate (MWR) Qty of 6 each.
Higher Level Inspection applies to clins 0015 & 0016 only.
Casting & Forging applies to clin 0007 only.
FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance @ Orgin applies to clins 0001, 0002, 0006 & 0016.
FOB Destination,Inspection & Acceptance @ Destination applies to clins 0003,0004,0005, 0007 thru 0015.

The anticipated issue date is November 16, 2010 & closing date of December 16, 2010.
