Project Description: Restriping of Skyline Drive between milepost 5 and milepost 23.4 The project is in the North District of Shenandoah National Park between US Highway 340 and US Highway 211. Procurement Type: The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to the responsible, responsive, contractor submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Set-Aside: This requirement will be solicited as full and open competition with no set-aside. At the time of solicitation all responsible business concerns may submit proposal, which if submitted in a timely manner, will be considered.
