The National Park Service, Department of Interior, will be soliciting proposals from construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This is a PRESOLICITATION notice only and does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due at this time. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after April 30, 2020, on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) and FedConnect.net. Project Description: Restriping of Skyline Drive between milepost 5 and milepost 23.4 The project is in the North District of Shenandoah National Park between US Highway 340 and US Highway 211. Procurement Type: The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to the responsible, responsive, contractor submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Set-Aside: This requirement will be solicited as full and open competition with no set-aside. At the time of solicitation all responsible business concerns may submit proposal, which if submitted in a timely manner, will be considered.
