Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The solicitation includes a base period of (November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2022) and four one-year option periods.
