Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area, and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), McChord AFB Commissary, located in Tacoma, Washington, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011) and four one-year option periods. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. In addition, this requirement has been placed on the Procurement List under the provisions of the Javits Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act (41 U.S.C. 4646-48c). Therefore, we will solicit under the Commercial Cost Comparison (C3) Solicitation procedures.
