The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services for Precommercial Thinning, Lop and Scatter on
287 Acres and Precommercial Thinning with Handpiling on 81 acres. Only activity created fuels will
be treated via handpiling. Treatment area is in the Elk 16 1990 Sheep Mt. post fire plantations.
The Period of Performance is estimated from date of award through November 15, 2024, unless the
option items are awarded, it could be extended to November 15, 2025.
