The construction involves installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Shaw and DeWolf. The work shall include, but not be limited to, modifications to existing traffic facilities, installation of new traffic signal facilities, earthwork, grading, installation of Class 2 aggregate base, asphalt concrete paving, saw cutting, installation of new accessible pedestrian systems, installation of new traffic signal poles/foundations, installation of traffic detection loops, miscellaneous concrete improvements/ADA ramps, installation of traffic signs and striping, and relocation of recycled water facilities. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Shaw/DeWolf Traffic Signal"
