This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0035 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, as of December 30, 2022.
(iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 332312 and the size standard is 500 employees.
(v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package.
(vi) This requirement is for Middle Gate Relief Panels, Bearings and Hardware in accordance with the Specification.
(vii) Period of Performance: Two (2) months after date of award.
(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor¿s pricing information.
