Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, located in Whiskeytown, CA has a requirement for four (4) metal shade structures in accordance with the attached Specifications. Three (3) of the structures shall be 12' x 12' x 9' in dimension and one structure at 12' x 20' x 9' in dimension.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 current through FAC 2005-83 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for a quote (RFQ). A firm fixed price contract is anticipated to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) code is 332311 with a size standard of $15,000,000 in average annual receipts.
Interested parties shall submit a quotation meeting or exceeding the requirements and state the offeror's DUNS/CAGE code. Active SAM.gov registration is required at time of award. Pricing should include shipping costs and state delivery time within quote. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination.
