NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - Air Force Materiel Command (773rd ESS/PKA), San Antonio TX intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Planned Systems International, Inc. located at 10632 Little Patuxent Pkwy Suite 200, Columbia MD 21044, for The purchase of Portfolio Management Program Management and Administrative support services in support of the AF Surgeon General (AFMSA/SGRS). The contract will result in a firm fixed price contract. Negotiations are being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
