This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-84, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20150930, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2015-1001

This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement, if submitting "or Equal" quotes then vendors must provide documentation that provides enough information to verify if the item is indeed "or Equal".

The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
