This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100713.. NAICS is 315999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
*This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor to:

0001 Sew on Police patches, Police Badges, and nametapes to utility style       uniforms ( total 4 patches per uniform) 700 EA

0002 To hem utility style trousers 350 EA

In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached in this solicitation.
Department Of Labor Wage Determination is also attached in this solicitation.

Delivery: 21 days After Receipt of Order.
Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is FOB Destination, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
(i) price
(ii) Delivery period

Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
