This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services in support of the Program Manager – Special Programs (PMSP).  The effort is being procured by the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division.

1. CONTRACT INFORMATION:

The Natick Division intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for SETA services.

The estimated ceiling for this contract is $95M over five years.
This effort will be a Total Small Business set-aside.

Place of Performance: Multiple (CONUS and OCONUS)

The estimated duration is an Ordering Period of 5 years (60 months). The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein.

2. PROJECT INFORMATION:

The Contractor shall provide SETA Support Services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

Proposals are due no later than 17 March 2021 at 11:00am EDT.
