Solicitation N0042118Q0672 is issued as an intent to sole source.   The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for Servo Motors with SL Montevideo Technology, INC., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).  

Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider all quotes received by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) 16-AUG-2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon response to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. All interested parties MUST submit their quote to Olive Rogers at [email protected]. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. Quoters must be an authorized distributor. The Government will not pay for any information received. All other information is in the attached RFQ.

Offerors must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. Please provide the completed certification with your offer.
